Payments

Payments may be made by any of the permitted methods specified on our website from time to time, or by the following means:

Credit Card via Viva Wallet

You may use your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners) upon the completion of your order. In order to complete the order of the product(s) you prefer, you should complete all the fields in the order form (name, card number, expiration date, issuing bank, security code, etc).

Direct Bank Transfer/Iris

You can deposit the amount of your order to one of the following bank accounts. Please include your name and order number on the deposit as a reason. For the fastest execution of your order, contact by phone at +30 6945551014 or email your payment receipt to info@vpsaga.com. Your order will be shipped when the amount appears in one of our accounts below. Please note that if you deposit from a third party bank you should be charged the commission of both banks so that the full amount of your order is deposited into our account.

PayPal

You may use your PayPal account upon the completion of the order.

When choosing PayPal as your payment method, please select the “Friends and Family” option at checkout to help us avoid additional fees. This ensures a smoother transaction and faster processing of your order.

Restrictions

If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products.

If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days following the date of our written request:

(a) an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back;

(b) all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank or payment processor or card issuer);

(c) an administration fee of € 25.00 including VAT; and

(d) all our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to in this Section (including without limitation any legal fees and debt collection fees),

and for the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognize or fail to remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement, and make a charge-back as a result, this will constitute an unjustified charge-back for the purposes of this Section.

Shipping Process

Βefore shipping any order from our e-shop, we ensure to keep our customers informed about its condition and preparation. Specifically:

• We send photos to the email provided during the order process, showcasing the product, the packaging process, and the final wrapping.
• The packaging is carried out with great care, using appropriate materials to ensure maximum protection of the product during transportation.

These photos are sent to provide transparency and reassurance that the product is dispatched in excellent condition from our side. However, please note that we bear no responsibility for any damage or deterioration that may occur during the transportation and delivery process by the courier services.

Shipping Delivery Methods

For your best service, VP SAGA cooperates with Box Now in Greece. Your order is dispatched within four days except for products where availability is different (listed in the product details) and delivery takes 2-4 working days.

In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) we will contact you. Finally, for some remote areas there may be an additional delay in delivery.

We can temporarily deliver orders only within Greece.

We inform you that VP SAGA bears no responsibility for any additional charges to the buyer from late, lost or incorrectly routed orders while they were carried out in accordance with the provisions on its part and the instructions of the buyer. In any other case please contact us to consider the best way to resolve the matter.
