1. Interpretation

In these terms and conditions:

(b) “you” means our customer or prospective customer,

and
“us”, “our” and “your” should be construed accordingly.

2. Order Proccess

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” and not a contractual offer.
To purchase products from us you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and then proceed to the checkout; if you are a new customer, you must then create an account with Us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details; for every product you put into the basket, you will see a sign indicating whether the product is immediately available for dispatch; if the product is not immediately available, you will be able to pre-order it; once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to the terms of this document; you will be asked to provide your payment details and we will handle your payment; we will then send you an initial acknowledgement; and once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

3. Products

The following types of products are or may be available on our website from time to time: Board Games, Card Games, books related to board games and other related products.
We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be differences - your product may vary slightly from those images. Also the packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

4. Prices

Our prices are quoted on our website.
We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force. Contracts in force may only be affected by a potential VAT increase (or other taxes, levies, etc) that may come into force after concluding the contract and before executing the order.
All amounts on our website are stated inclusive of VAT.
In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge depending on the value of your order. Any delivery charge that will apply to your order will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force.

5. Payments

You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the products you order.

6. Deliveries

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.
We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation.
We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 working days following the later of receipt of payment and the date of the order confirmation.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any products caused by you providing incorrect delivery details or for our compliance with your delivery instructions.
Delivery costs are indicated on our website and are paid by you on top of the price of the Product.
However, no delivery costs are charged for a domestic order of  80 € or above.

7. Statutory and Regulatory Disclosures

We will not file a copy of these terms and conditions specifically in relation to each customer and, if we update these terms and conditions, the version to which you originally agreed will no longer be available on our website. We recommend that you consider saving a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
